Our signature process will walk you through your event, from start to finish. We have the relationships with vendors already. And we'll be there to execute the event. You only have to enjoy it!
Whether you already have some of the event planned or need help from the start, The Gala Co. is there for you. We can do virtual, hybrid, or in-person events.
Are you ready?
SIGNATURE PACKAGE (starting at $6,500)*
Includes:
- An online portal with access to our exclusive planning process, showing you your to-do list, help with RSVPs and guest list, a budget guide, etc.
- After our initial consultation, biweekly email check-ins and standing monthly phone calls, to ask all the questions you need.
- Six weeks before your event, biweekly phone calls with you. Have you checked everything off the list?
- Research and visit up to 5 different venues. Talk with the venue staff.
- Research vendors for your event, up to 5 in each category needed. This could be entertainment, catering, florists, décor, etc. We want to find the best Event Pros for your event.
- Send and collect your RSVPs. Follow up with non-respondent guests.
- Book room blocks for your guests.
- Transportation booking (limo / party bus / transportation for guests).
- Day of Timeline management (we call it a Run of Show).
EVENT MANAGEMENT* (starting at $3,500)
Includes:
- An online portal with access to our exclusive planning process, showing you your to-do list, help with RSVPs and guest list, a budget guide, etc.
- You already have a few vendors that you work with, but still need a few more to round out your Event team.
- After our initial consultation, a 30-minute phone call every other week to ask all the questions you need.
- Six weeks before your event, biweekly phone calls with you. Have you checked everything off the list?
